LIFTGRIPS SUPPORT

Questions Before Your First Pull?

Straight answers about setup, exercises, grip training, fit, care and what to expect after ordering.
What are LiftGrips?

LiftGrips are padded lifting grips designed to create a faster, more secure connection between your hands and the bar during pulling exercises. The gripping surface sits over the top of the bar, helping reduce how often grip fatigue ends the set before the target muscles are finished.

How do I position LiftGrips on the bar?

Fasten the wrist support so the gripping surface rests across your palm. Place the gripping surface over the top side of the bar, then close your hand around the bar and grip over the material.

Confirm that the grip feels secure before beginning the set.

Practice with a lighter weight first while learning the correct position.

Which exercises are they best for?

LiftGrips are best suited to pulling movements where grip fatigue becomes limiting, including:

  • Rows
  • Lat pulldowns
  • Pull-ups
  • Deadlifts
  • Romanian deadlifts
  • Shrugs
  • Machine pulling exercises

They are not designed for pressing movements.

Are they sold as a pair?

Yes. Each order includes one complete pair of LiftGrips—one for each hand.

How are they different from long lifting straps?

LiftGrips use a shorter, wider gripping surface that is placed over the top of the bar. You then close your hand directly over the grip and bar.

Traditional long straps must usually be threaded and wrapped around the bar several times. LiftGrips require less setup, provide wider palm coverage and allow you to disengage simply by opening your hand.

Do LiftGrips replace grip training?

No. LiftGrips are designed to support demanding pulling sets when grip becomes the limiting factor.

Continue performing lighter sets, warm-ups and dedicated grip work without assistance to maintain and develop your natural grip strength.

Use LiftGrips selectively rather than on every set.

How tight should the wrist support feel?

The wrist support should feel secure without restricting circulation. It should help keep the gripping surface positioned while still allowing your hand and wrist to move comfortably.

How do I clean LiftGrips?

Wipe them with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap after use. Remove any residue, then allow them to air-dry completely before storage.

Avoid bleach, harsh cleaners, machine washing, machine drying and direct high heat.
