How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing takes place Monday through Friday, and orders are not shipped on weekends.

Orders over $50 USD receive free standard shipping. Orders under $50 USD ship at a standard rate of $4.99 USD.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery timing depends on your destination and selected shipping method. Available delivery options and estimated timing are displayed at checkout before payment.

Yes. DropSet Gear currently offers worldwide shipping. Available methods, costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout for your destination.
How do I track my order?
Once tracking becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can also use the DropSet Track Order page.

Why has my tracking not updated?
Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created. Carrier scans can also be delayed during weekends, holidays or periods of unusually high demand.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
No. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, demand or customs processing. These circumstances can occur outside DropSet Gear’s direct control.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. Unless those charges are collected during checkout, they are generally the customer’s responsibility.
What should I do if my order appears delayed?
Review the latest carrier tracking update first. If the shipment appears unusually delayed, email contact@dropsetgear.com with your order number and tracking information so the available details can be reviewed.
What should I do if tracking says delivered but I cannot find my package?
Check your delivery location, household members, building staff and nearby safe-drop areas. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier and then email contact@dropsetgear.com with your order number and tracking details.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email contact@dropsetgear.com immediately if the address is incorrect. We will try to update it before fulfilment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun or the order has shipped.
