Return Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from DropSet. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, email contact@dropsetgear.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make it right.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • personal care items
  • perishable goods
  • custom products
  • hazardous materials
  • gift cards

Sale items are not eligible for return.

If you want a different item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
