Quick Answers Before You Order.
What is DropSet?

DropSet creates focused training tools for details that are often overlooked. JawFlex is designed for progressive jaw-muscle training, while LiftGrips help create a more secure connection during pulling movements.

How Does JawFlex Work?

JawFlex uses four progressive resistance levels to challenge the jaw muscles through controlled biting movements. Start with an appropriate level and increase resistance gradually as the routine becomes easier.

Which JawFlex resistance level should I start with?

Start with the lowest level that feels controlled and comfortable. The goal is smooth, deliberate repetitions—not forcing the highest resistance immediately.

How often should I use JawFlex?

Use JawFlex in short, controlled sessions and follow the instructions included with the product. More is not automatically better.

Who should avoid using JawFlex?

Do not use JawFlex if you have active jaw pain, temporomandibular joint problems, recent dental procedures, loose dental work, or another condition that could be aggravated by resistance training.

How are LiftGrips different from traditional lifting straps?

LiftGrips are designed for faster setup and a direct grip around the bar. They help reduce slipping and grip limitation during pulling exercises without requiring the longer wrapping process used by traditional straps.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates can take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

What is your return policy?

Orders are covered by DropSet’s 30-day guarantee. Products must meet the conditions listed in the return policy, and hygiene-sensitive items may have additional eligibility requirements once opened or used.

Contact DropSet Support with your order number before sending anything back.
